Brian Campbell, President

Brian previously served as Vice President of Fleet Management, Light Jet Program for Sentient Flight Group. Before Sentient, Mr. Campbell had been President, JetDirect Aviation.  As President of JDA, Mr. Campbell was responsible for the growth and increase in operational efficiency of JetDirect Aviation from 2001 to 2006. Previously, he was simultaneously the Director of Business Development for CD Ventures and the Vice President of Business Development at Executive Air Support (EAS) a successful prior CDV investment, which managed fixed-based operators under the brand name Atlantic Aviation. Prior to joining CDV, he developed a successful company in the restaurant support services business. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Marist College. Mr. Campbell is also a licensed instrument rated private pilot.

Bruce Sagnor, General Manager, FBO

Mr. Sagnor has over 26 years of experience in the FBO business.  Bruce began his career as a line service technician and quickly advanced through the ranks, ultimately serving as V.P. FBO Operations for JetDirect Aviation. Prior to his current role at Chester County Aviation, Mr. Sagnor held the position of General Manager for JetDirect Aviation at the FBO location in Coatesville, PA, while also maintaining responsibility for ground service operations at JetDirect’s Farmingdale, NY charter operation.  He was directly involved in several of the past development projects at MQS.  Some of these projects include the design and construction of the public terminal building, a 45,000 gallon fuel storage facility, and a 34,000 square foot corporate storage hangar.  Mr. Sagnor is also a licensed pilot.
